Either way, if it’s within 60 days of ordering, you can get a refund directly from the company who take the payments. Find your order email, click the Customer Services link, then I think click Customer Support and request a refund online there. In my research, the severest of cases seemed to take up to 18 months to heal, so it may be that it’s just a time thing. The other potentially more serious issue is that you might not have tendonitis (inflammation of the tendon) but rather you may have tendonosis (degeneration of the tendon) which are 2 different beasts. As it’s been a year, I would definitely seek the advice of your Doctor.
